All Group Training Fees:
$75.00 for 5-Classes ($15/class, 2 month expiration)
$130.00 for 10-Classes ($13/class, 2 month expiration)
$70.00 per Month (unlimited classes) for full-time College Students
$16.00 per class (drop-in rate).

Basic Training Syllabus:

Please note that this syllabus is simply a basic overview of what is actually covered on an on-going basis in training:
Techniques are listed in their traditional terminology with any necessary explanation in (parentheses):

Tai-Sabaki (Body Movement) & Ashi-Sabaki (Footwork): Migi Hanmi/Hidari Hanmi, Shizentai (Right Stance/Left Stance, Guard Position), Kaiten (turn from once stance to another), Tenkan (180-degree pivot), Irimi-Tenkan (Enter & pivot-turn);

Atemi-Waza (Striking Techniques): Shomen-uchi, Yokomen-uchi, Tsuki, Katatori & Katatetori (Grabs: lapel, shoulder, wrist, elbow, etc.); Straight-Jab, Body-Cross, Round-House, Upper-Cut;

Kansetsu-Waza {Joint-locking Techniques):
